Do I get immediate access when I join?
Yes! You get immediate access to the existing templates plus you will also get access to the new templates we add every month.
How long do I have access to the portal?
You can get access for either $50/month or $500/year. If you choose the $50 option, your membership will continue every month that you pay the membership fee. If you choose the $500 option, your membership will continue every year that you pay the membership fee. You can cancel anytime!
How many templates do I get?
We get immediate access to over 1,000 templates divided bundles or collections, so you don’t have to waste time browsing templates one by one. This will also help minimize Canva clutter. You will also get new bundles of templates every month.
Do you offer refunds?
Because Design Space is a monthly membership, we don’t offer refunds. When you enroll you’ll have immediate access to all the materials, lessons and templates. Instead, you can cancel your membership at any time. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase you can contact us and our support team will help you!
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop auto-renewal but will have a different time commitment depending on the plan you chose when you joined. You will have access to templates until the last day of your subscription.
Make sure you do cancel if you no longer want to auto-renew before your subscription is due. Because of the digital nature of our products, and the fact it’s not possible to return them, we do not offer refunds and it’s your sole responsibility to cancel before your renewal date., no matter the circumstance. But we will send you an automated email prior to renewal as a reminder.
I don’t have a Canva Subscription
If you don’t have a Canva subscription, don’t worry! Canva’s free option gives you access to hundreds of thousands of resources. You can absolutely do this program with just the free version of Canva!
